3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: this policies does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage or unauthorized repairs.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, do contact us.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and videos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
